Since launching, The North McPherson STEAM Foundation has expanded access to hands-on learning experiences that introduce young people to coding, robotics, drones, engineering, and emerging technology.

The North McPherson STEAM Foundation, Inc. is honored to announce that we have been awarded a $1,000 grant from the Alabama Power Foundation in support of our mission to expand access to high-quality STEAM education for youth in our communities.
This generous investment will help us provide hands-on learning experiences through drones, robotics, coding, engineering, and other innovative STEAM activities that inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and leaders.

Our STEAM Saturdays turn weekends into opportunities for discovery, creativity, and innovation! Throughout the year, students participate in exciting, hands-on experiences that explore different areas of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, from coding and robotics to engineering challenges, experiments, game design, and emerging technologies. Each event offers something new while giving students a fun, supportive environment to explore their interests, build real-world skills, collaborate with others, and discover just how exciting STEAM can be.

Our Professional Development Services provide educators, schools, and districts with engaging, hands-on learning experiences designed to bring innovative STEAM instruction into today’s classrooms. NMSF delivers customizable training in areas such as coding, robotics, drones, 3D design, artificial intelligence, engineering, and emerging technologies, while giving educators practical strategies and classroom-ready resources they can put to use immediately. Whether serving a single school or an entire district, our goal is to equip educators with the confidence, tools, and skills to create meaningful STEAM experiences for every learner.
